Welcome to Aryu Academy! Thank you for choosing us as your learning partner for professional software training in Chennai. Our mission is to empower students with career-oriented training, practical skills, and placement assistance to prepare them for today's competitive job market.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Placement Assistance

Aryu Academy provides placement assistance to help students prepare for employment opportunities. However, we do not guarantee job placement.

Placement support includes:

• Resume building
• Portfolio creation
• Mock interview preparation
• Access to exclusive job opportunities

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Students should review the Refund Policy before making any payment. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Aryu Academy.

3. Student Behavior

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow all institute rules. Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including termination of the course without any refund.

4. Punctuality

Students are expected to attend all classes on time. Repeated late arrivals may result in warnings from the trainer or management.

5. Use of Facilities

• Students are encouraged to utilize the lab facilities for learning purposes.
• Installation of external software or connecting external devices requires prior approval from institute staff.
• Aryu Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the institute premises.

6. Course Attendance

Regular attendance is required to successfully complete the course.

If classes are postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, such as trainer availability or operational issues, replacement sessions will be scheduled accordingly.

7. Data Protection

Aryu Academy respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used only for educational, administrative, and promotional purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Public Holidays

Classes will not be conducted on public holidays unless students are informed in advance regarding special sessions.

10. Resume & Portfolio Building

Aryu Academy provides guidance in creating professional resumes and portfolios to improve students' employability and readiness for recruitment opportunities.
